Thrifted Thursday: 5 Looks for 15.01

Lately, I’ve been thrifting like crazy. I guess it doesn’t help I accepted the thrifty threads 365 Challenge.  My favorite thrift shop here in Huntsville is called Neighborhood Thrift Store, and I can’t stay away.  It doesn’t help that they’re on Facebook and post their daily specials.   I usually secretly stop by about three times a week when I’m off work.  Don’t even judge because I know you are.  I love the cleanliness and quality pieces they provide as well as how small the size of the store. If you are new to thrifting I think it’s important to start in a smaller store so you won’t feel overwhelmed. Today, I thought I’d share some of my recent finds.

I spent $15.01 for the following:  2 pairs of pants, 3 sweaters, 2 purses, 2 button down shirts (white&maroon), 2 necklaces. I decided to showcase 5 different ways to wear the clothing.  As you can see it doesn’t cost a lot of money to be stylish!  I will be posting different thrifted looks every Thursday so tune back in……

The VWO 9th Annual Women’s Conference was in full affect last night. The theme of the conference is “The Storm Has Moved Away”, and I can truly say that strongholds were released last night. Prophetess Tonya Hall opened the conference with a message entitled “I Am More Than Enough.” This anointed woman of God turned the Von Braun Center upside down. One of the key things Prophetess Hall talked about last night was how the enemy will try to intimidate you, but God has a plan for you even if the devil interrupts your plans. I have included a clip of her preaching below (My videos won’t upload from last night ugh). Be sure to like her page on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/PTonyaHall. The VWO Women’s Conference is an annual event held every July in Huntsville, AL please come out and join us this week for free at VBC. You can also purchase products from the conference at http://www.vwoministries.org/.
