HEALTH TIPS: SLEEP

So lately, since a couple of doctors visits and stuff, I have been pretty obsessed with my overall health, so after my studying today, I just thought I’d share with you my health tip of the day! Often times, you hear people who say they need only 6 hours of sleep and they are good! Unless you are on military orders or in a Special Forces unit, 6 hours probably is not enough! Most doctors reccomend that people, no matter your age, need 8 hours of sleep to rejuvenate and balance hormones – especially the hunger control hormones. Try to adjust your schedule by whatever means and plan to sleep 7-8 hours nightly to help control those junk food cravings and weight gain.
